Creation Activity 4: Collaborative Brainstorming

Hi everyone!  Just got back from Pittsburgh, thanks to the snow, and  I decided to use the budgeting process for this creation activity.  I used Giffy to build a flow chart and found it quite easy and fun. I have never used any of these programs before, except for the time we used Webspiration in class.  I have to say for an online tool this was easy to use.  To me it seems a little like powerpoint, but without the changing slides.  Overall I would use this again.  Here is the link to the project for the budget process that I created.

  1. Wow! For your first attempt, that is a pretty stellar flow chart! I hope you share this tool with more administrators. I bet the collaborative brainstorming has many potential applications in that realm.

  2. Like with most technology, the more I look at Gliffy, the more potential I can see in using it. Your comment about the similarity to Power Point helped me put two ideas together. Sarah created a pathway with her Gliffy, so for students to follow a Webquest, it would be easy to create a guide, inserting text easily for links and clarification of instruction!
